Committee participation is vital to the health of our association and a great way to network. Therefore, we strongly encourage our members to sign up for a committee that is of interest to them. New members and new ideas are always welcomed. Please contact us at info@pcahba.com if you would like to join a committee or have any questions.

This committee gathers and distributes information about, and assists with, regulatory and legislative issues at the county and municipal levels that affect Association members. Activities may include contacting elected and appointed officials, lobbying, and testifying at meetings. Advocacy to local, state, and national policy makers, along with other regulatory bodies on behalf of the building industry is a critical component of the Park City Area Home Builders Association mission.

The Showcase of Homes is not only to help promote our builders and provide some entertainment to the public, the sponsorships and ticket sales are what helps the HBA and its members to improve the building industry. Housing is at the heart of building our communities. The HBA advocates for homeownership; striving for affordability, quality, efficiency, and livability. The Showcase of Homes Committee works extremely hard to put together all the moving parts that make our Showcase such a success every year. From recruiting and working with the builders, selling sponsorships, marshaling, liaison, VIP Night, etc. This is a hands-on committee that gets things done.

This committee is all about empowering women. We want women to know that they have a place in the building industry. We want them to grow in the way they inspire to be and feel like they have a voice to be heard. The council supports education, leadership, community service, and collaboration within the construction industry and provides opportunities for women to connect and find opportunities whether that be in professional services like architecture, engineering, design, lending and real estate or in field service like general contracting or skilled trades and labor.
